Andy, the owner of Make the Cut, works so hard to improve his software and make it better. He has added a KNK plug in, silhouette plug in and is now working on a fantastic upgrade.
He has worked 16 hour days to get this software out to us and so I want to pay it forward a bit. I thought about donating some money towards the upgrade, but then had a better idea. Why not introduce someone else to Make the Cut and hope they love it as much as I do. Leave me a comment on this post and tell me what you would use MTC for and I will use some random number generator thing and buy one person a registration code for MTC. You will have to download the program from their website, but it’s easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Wow! So nice of you to do this! I would give the MTC software to my granddaughter; to encourage another generation of MTC lover’s! Nothing like making sure that our next generations have the opportunity to be creative and be able to have such a wonderful program to work with!!! She already loves art and this would be the next step to introduce her to another application of creativity and the chance to learn as a 11 year old girl. I haven’t let her use my BCC yet but she has been bugging me; so will soon. Her mother has done computer programming and you never know; she could end up learning that computer programming has alot of different opportunities. MTC curly girl

This is wonderful and a great idea! I love it that I could give one away, I have several friends who use cutters, I don’t think they realize how much they can do with their cutters with MTC!. Looks like I might use my KNK even more if I had a simpler way to design and transfer raster images.

I have many, many files saved in all the different formats, starting with my original cutting machine, the Wishblade. I figure that someday down the road, I’ll figure out how to use the programs to cut on my current machine, the KNK.

What a genourous giveaway. I own a Silhouette and would LOVE this software so that I could easily cut SVG files to my Silhouette instead of having to convert them to another file format.
What I would to with MTC: Over the past few months I have been trying to start a small business making decals and Rhinestone templates. With the SW that I have it takes hours upon hours to make one perfect design therefore I cannot make any money doing what I love. Recently, I heard about the AMAZING ability it has for tracing and making Rhinestone patterns and with the the trace option being upgraded to work even better I might even be able to make a buck or two!
I am so hoping to give this SW a try so that I can continue doing what I love!

I’d use this program for so much. I make cards for folks dealing with health issues and regular occasions. I also alter items, pretty much anything that doesn’t run away from me. I’m starting to do more with vinyl, mostly for our home but ,our daughter seems to get her request finished quicker, after all many are for our grandson’s room so that’s a must.
Also, I share free files on my blog site, so this would be great for my shared files as with the contest and challenges I enter. I have a Wishblade and Gazelle and our daughter a Silhouette so the program would be well used and appreciated. Thank you again, 🙂

What a generous offer! I purchased the Silhouette to aid in creating masks for glass etching as I would like to start making some money off my hobby. I’m holding my own in Studio albeit with some frustrations and have heard the MTC would make my life easier, however after investing in the Silhouette I don’t have much spare cash at the moment. How very cool, what an opportunity, I’ve just received my Silhouette and keep reading how good MTC is. Wooohoooo Count me in for the drawing Please….. Pretty Please…… I have had my KNK for about 4 or 5 years, and still don’t use it. I get frustrated with the software. I recently downloaded the trial of MTC and it looks great. I am just on the verge of making my first cut with the trial to see how it all works. BTW thank you for allowing us to use the trial version in a fully operational capacity.

If I were to win this software, I would use it to cut out words in vinyl to use as a border all around the windows of our shop. The words would describe the flowers and gifts we sell and our attitude. We are kookie fun crazy silly and over the top. I would also use it for doing more scrapbooking and also making fancy picture frame borders and things.
